Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using HiAgent's SaaS dashboard, website widget, source ingestion, source-based AI answers, lead capture, and related services.

Service

  • HiAgent provides a SaaS dashboard and embeddable website widget for source-based AI support, lead capture, missed-question review, and human handoff workflows.
  • The service depends on the account owner connecting accurate website pages, FAQs, documents, and support rules. HiAgent does not guarantee that AI answers will always be complete, current, or correct.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing widget behavior, testing answers, and deciding when human review or manual follow-up is required.

Accounts and access

  • Users must provide accurate account, company, website, and contact information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Account owners are responsible for all activity in their workspace, including uploaded sources, widget configuration, visitor conversations, and lead records.
  • HiAgent may suspend or limit access if an account is used for abuse, illegal activity, security attacks, spam, fraud, or activity that risks the service or other users.

Trial and plans

  • Checkout starts a 7-day trial through Stripe Checkout, collects payment details, and shows $0 due today. Paid billing starts after the trial unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.
  • Paid billing, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the billing terms shown during checkout and by the active Stripe subscription state.
  • Plan limits, features, and prices may change, but material changes should be shown before they affect an active paid subscription.

Customer content and visitor data

  • Customers retain responsibility for the content they upload or connect, including website text, documents, FAQs, support rules, visitor conversations, and lead information.
  • Customers must have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload sources and collect visitor data through the widget.
  • Customers must not upload payment card data, government IDs, health records, passwords, unlawful material, malware, or regulated sensitive data unless a separate written agreement allows it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use HiAgent to deceive users, impersonate others, send spam, scrape or exfiltrate data, violate privacy rights, or create unlawful or harmful content.
  • Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, share accounts, or interfere with the production infrastructure.
  • Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or professional advice. Human review is required for high-impact decisions.

Availability and changes

  • HiAgent aims to keep the service available, but uptime can be affected by hosting, network, database, AI-provider, browser, or third-party platform issues.
  • Features may be changed, paused, or removed to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.
  • Beta, test, or trial features may be limited, changed, or discontinued without the same commitments as generally available paid features.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided as available and without guarantees that every answer, source extraction, visitor message, or lead capture will be error-free.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, HiAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, or lost-data damages.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
